1. Contract

The contract will be between the customer and the owner but will not exist until a signed booking form, together with a non-returnable deposit has been received by the owner (or owner’s agent) and the booking has been confirmed. The balance is due no later than 28 days before the holiday commences.

2. Cancellation

a) For bookings confirmed after the 21st March 2020: Where Government restrictions are such that the property is not available to let; a credit note equal to the value of monies paid to the owner to be used against an alternative booking within a 12 month period from commencement of the originally booked date will be provided.

c) If you the customer, wish to cancel a booking that at the time of your cancellation request the availability of the property is not affected by any Government restrictions, then we will unfortunately have to treat this as a disinclination to travel and as such our standard cancellation policy (as per 2d below) will apply.

d) If the customer should wish to cancel the holiday for whatever reason, the owner will make every effort to re-let the property. No sub-letting is accepted and any transfer should be direct with the owner. In the event the property is not re-let the customer will be liable to pay the full balance due as per condition 1. CUSTOMERS ARE STRONGLY ADVISED TO TAKE OUT INSURANCE IN CASE OF THIS EVENTUALITY.
