Churchgate Cottage sleeps up to 4 guests. The dwelling comprises of an entrance hall, living room and kitchen downstairs. Upstairs there are two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with full size bunk beds), and a bathroom with basin, toilet and bath inclusive of electric shower.

One bedroom has a double bed and one has full size bunk beds, with bed linen provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric cooker, fridge, microwave and toaster. The living room has digital smart TV and a DAB radio/CD player. There is dedicated wifi throughout. Heating is by modern electric radiators and there is an immersion heater for hot water. A travel cot and high chair are also available on request.

Beautiful Crantock Beach is only a short walk away and is ideal for surfers, swimmers, walkers or just sunbathers. The warm water of the Gannel at low tide is popular with children. There is a beach cafe and ice cream hut during the summer season.

There is parking space for one car at the back of the cottage. Churchgate also has a small raised patio area with seating. We must highlight that this is accessed by steep steps and may therefore be unsuitable for small children and those unstable on their feet.
